- Substance Abuse Recovery And Hope was created by me and named after my daughter SARAH. I open the door to our personal lives to bare the unimaginable facts of teen drug abuse and the the devastating effects it breeds. As a mother of a teenage daughter with drug and alcohol addictions I hope to provide information to anyone who wishes to know more about getting the teen you love back on track, to a safer, healthier, and happier lifestyle.
